Each bedroom has 2 queen beds for a total sleep availability of 8 guest. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of building 1. Very close to the outdoor pool, the indoor pool and hot tub. The condo has full kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, and granite counter tops. The kitchen was updated in 2016. Dining room table with 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, 2 TV trays. The living room is roomy with full size sofa, loveseat and side chair. Also a 42″ smart flat screen tv. Private balcony over-looking a small natural area (some balconies just look into another balcony). Each bedroom has a 32″ flat screen tv ( wall mounted ). 1 bedroom is a suite type..meaning it has a mini fridge, wet bar and a jetted bathtub. No carpet in condo. Also included a washer & dryer, beach wagon, beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The beach has free bathrooms and free public parking. The beach is wide & flat, very family friendly.
